Please be advised that this is something that is problematic for those of us working in regulated industries - suddenly having times in a doc shift by an hour when the audit trail shows the correct time could provide an auditor with some heartburn.
I am hoping to understand what causes the phenomenon (MS, Lotus, my design) and how to fix it.
