I would like to create a form for each response document. These response document would be created automatically when the User enter the Requirement using the main document.
All the below information should be listed in the main body of the document.
BODY FIELD: RichText Type.
1step) Marketing Note would be generated automatically -
2nd step) Marketing Note would retrieve the necessary
information from the Main Document such as
Job Title, Job ID, Location, Duration Job Description and the name of TR associated with that document.

Hmm… could you state what you’re goal is here? You don’t “create a form for each response document” in notes/domino, or for regular documents, for that matter. Forms are simply design elements that hold things used to compose documents. Another question is… is this to be for the Notes Client/Web Browser, or both? Response documents are often composed using a url on the web. You can also create non-response documents in a similar manner and pass field data to the newly created document.
Based on what I think you may be trying to do…
If you have an EXISTING main document (obviously it can’t be a new document as the data has to be saved in the document),
you could compose a marketing note for that document and pass the fields to the marketing note (the response document)
You would create two forms:
Main (Form type document)
Marketing Note (Form type response)
In the response form, select the form property to inherit values from selected document (does not have to be a response document to do this, by the way)
The fields on this form should have the same name as the fields that you are passing data (not required but easier to remember the fields you’re pulling from) from on the main document and they should have a default vaule set to the field name (required or the field will be blank when you compose the response)
Look in the Designer Help index under Response Documents for an abundancy of data on creating, viewing, and working with response documents. The (hideous in appearance) discussion template uses a response hierarchy if you want to pick through the code.

Ruchit, in this community, it is generally better to try and code a solution yourself and then ask for help if you run into trouble. Since nobody is paid to be here and everybody is just helping out of community spirit and to keep the support working for everybody, it is best not to ask for the “exact code” to accomplish your specific task, unless it is a very, very general task that may have been written many times, in which case you should search for it. So, just give it a try from what Joel suggested and we will all be here to help if you run into problems.
