My internet address is sales1@mydomain.it but i want use, if possible, an address like "Claudio Furgeri"sales1@mydomain.it. I can’t set it in person document and if i set it in location document in few minutes it’s replicate from NAB and return sales1@mydomain.it. Thanks for suggestions.

this can be set on a global basis by your administrator but would affect all users. If you want to make the change in your location doc (like you’ve been doing) and not have it update from the NAB you can set a flag on your location doc to not accept Dynamic Config updates. To do so place your locaion doc in edit mode then go to Actions > Advanced > Set Update Flag.

tell your admin to set:
NAB → Configuration Doc of your server → MIME → Advanced → Advanced Outbound Message Options → RFC822 Phrase
to something other than “Do not add phrase” (e.g. to the common name)
