I want to ask about KPNS(FCM) on iOS

Hi Kony's senior,

Now I still learn about Push Notification FCM on iOS. First, I want to tell that I have added my Kony Project iOS apps on Firebase. Bunde ID on Native iOS(Kony Settings) has been equated like on Firebase. And then I add code "kony.push.register([0,1,2])" like this reference http://docs.kony.com/konylibrary/visualizer/viz_api_dev_guide/content/kony.push_functions.htm#push.reg. When I called setCallbacks, it returns Failed Register. Did I miss something? Must I put file GoogleService-Info.plist on Project? If I must, where I put the file "GoogleService-Info.plist"?? And then should I add SDK using pod like this reference https://firebase.google.com/docs/cloud-messaging/ios/first-message?hl=en ?

This is my first time to use FCM on Kony.

I hope that Kony's senior can help me from this issue.

Sorry if my English is very bad.

Thank you :D

When I checked on Firebase console, users still 0 **Image removed for security reasons**

If Kony's seniors are confused with my question above,

is there any guide for setting FCM on iOS?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Kony. Currently our engagement server(KPNS) does not support sending IOS push notifications using FCM key. Please let us know of any additional questions or if you need further help.

Oh I see.. Thank you for replay sir..

Is there any another server that support sending push notifications on iOS sir?

Kony's engagement server does support sending push notifications to IOS, just not using the FCM key. Please refer to the document below as to how this can done via the console.

Thank you for the explanation!
