I used to have kony visualizer and working fine then I have downloaded the new version of kony visualizer but its not working. at all every time i click on the icon on the desktop nothing happened. please advice

Can you see if the shortcut icon points to the newly installed Visualizer by right click and show in finder/ Open file location option?

The possibility is the shortcut is pointing to wrong location. Let us know if this is the case.
