I need to create a report on a particular day of every month

I have a dump item stock , each time when user request for some item , that should be automatically substracted from that stock and if the remaining stock is less than (suppose) 20item a mail alert will go to respective department .

and another thing is that i need to generate a stock available report on 28 of every month and also create an expense statement for that stock ,

for this two purpose what should i have to do can anyone give me code or guide me in this regard .

I dont see how someon would be able to “help” you with your first problem without doing all the work for you.
