I need help in making the attachment inside the new memo to automatically be set in alphabetical order. When other users create attachments, the explorer window arranges everything in alphabetical order, but when I log on it is out of order. I tried to remove lotus notes and copy the configuration files back once I have installed it back, but it is the same thing. I have loged in to notes at a different station and it seems to work fine, I am thinking that there is a setting that I don’t know about or a profile issue. Can some one help?

Are you referring to the attachments AFTER they have been attached, or the attachment window BEFORE they are attached?

Can’t you click on the top of the column? Or click on the “view menu” button to change how the files are displayed (details, list, thumbnails etc)

I could manually change the settings but my user wants it to automatically be defaulted to be in alphabetic order. It is in alphabetic order by default on everyone else view list except his. When we change it manually it is fine, but when we go back to do another attachment it is out of order again.
