User create new public key and mail it to admins. I receive his message with key and do “Certify attached ID file” and choose “use CA process” with user’s certifier. CA pocess make “Recertify Person in Domino Directory” query. When it’s processed error “Title: MyDomain’s Directory File name: names.nsf; Error: The name to act on was not found in the Domino Directory.”
