I can not archive

Ican not archive because when i go to action >> archive >> setting there is a message (document has been deleted) am using R6 .Thank you

Does anyone have a solution for this? We are having the same problem. When trying to open Archive Settings, we get the error message box “Document has been deleted”. It seems to be for all our mail files.

Since you are experiencing this error with all of your mail files, your culprit is most likely an archiving policy document that has been deleted out of your server address book. Check that and re-add a settings document. This should resolve your problem.
