I am using QR scanner market place component to use it in my application. I is not working in iPhone devices

I have downloaded component from below url and added imported it in the Kony visualizer components.

This component is working for Android devices and in iPhone is not opening camera to scan QR code. I have followed all the steps mentioned in the steps to follow but still it is not working for me.

Can someone help me to fix this issue..

Could you check the camera permission in "infoplist_configuration.json" file, as per HowTo instructions?

Which version of Visualizer are you using? Please share us a sample app by having only this component, so that we can quickly check the issue?

I am using Version 8 Service Pack 4 Fix Pack 79.

Please use the attached sample application. It has dynamically adding component to form and adding from visualizer.

Please let us know if this doesn't help.

I have created free form project and it is not working with free form projetc.

Is it the case that market place component wiil not work in free form project because the application which you shared it is MVC and in that barcode is working.

There is no difference in the code in both the application but it is not working for free form project.

Hi @Bellv Wvtson​ / @Mvx Wilson​ Can you try to run the project which i have added in the above comments and check it is working for you or not?.

As the project which you shared is working for me.

If the case is market place component will not work with Free form project then it should not work in Android also but for my application it is perfectly working in Android platform.

Can anyone reply to my questions or help me with the QR code scan implementation in Free form project. I have raised this issue on 27th April but till now I have not receviced proper answer or feedback from team.

Client is asking daily about the issue but I am not getting the proper response from the team. Also market place support tab asking question feature is also throwing a error so I am stuck with the issue.

Kindly, update me with your findings so I can asnwer to my client about using QR code market place component.

We have identified fix in component, Soon we publish the component. we are actively working on it. And also I will share Free form project sample as soon as possible.
