We have HTMO installed on a terminal server along with Microsoft Outlook for our users to access their email on our Domino 12.0.2 FP4 server. Some users occasionally receive an error popup when trying to access or send emails:
Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.
We have increased resources on the machine, so i don't think memory or cpu is actually an issue.
The only way we have found to fix this is to remove and recreate the Outlook profile for the user. Is this a known issue or how can we troubleshoot and fix this?
