Hello All,
HTMO 3.0 requires minimum Domino Server 10.0.0. However Domino 9.0.1FP10 also supported with following instructions.
i) For Outlook support on Domino 9.0.1 FP10, customers who already have the IMSA 2.0.2.x install package should install in this order: install Domino, then install IMSA, and finally install Traveler 10.0.x or above.
ii) For customers who don't have IMSA 2.0.2.x, please contact support to request the required updates and installation instructions.
However we encouraged you to upgrade the Domino server version to the latest.
