i know that view can be shown in the form in two ways such as 1)Embedded view in a form. 2)$$ViewTemplate

but i want to know how to use it?

See this transcipt from lotus help

$$ViewTemplate for viewname: Embedded view or $$ViewBody field. Associates the form with a specific view. The form name includes viewname, which is the alias for the view or when no alias exists, the name of the view.

$$ViewTemplateDefault: Embedded view or $$ViewBody field.

Makes this form the template for all Web views that aren't associated with another form.

Create a form with the name $$ViewTemplateDefault (to be used for all views) or $$ViewTemplateDefault for viewname (if only some specific views are to be programmed). Both the forms must have either an embedded view or a $$Viewbody field (place thes field where you want your view to be shown)
