How to use a richtext editor field in a form

Hello, does anyone have a solution to implement a rich text field similar to FCKEditor in a form? And how to persist it in a database, in my case, MySQL.

I responded to a similar post of yours, but as stated in that other post, we would like to understand more about your technical use case, so that we may advise you. Are you able to provide further details about what you are implementing in your app? Is there a specific technical reason that your text field needs to be Rich Text? Thank you!
