How to update documents?

Hi:

I have documents made with a form, i made some changes to that form and run an agent that move values from fields to anothers and delete the old fields, but when the user tried to edit the document it can see the new fields until i edit and save the document, so i have to open and save all my documents.

For prevent this in future changes how can i made this update automatically?

Have you tried @Command([ToolsRefreshAllDocs])

from the view?

Write that agent using formula Language.REM{To Assign Values to exisitng fields or};

REM {To add a new field with a value};

Field x := “Blahblah…”;

Rem {To Delete field}

Field Y := @DeleteField;

This way you don’t need to save the document.

In the end of your formula, use @Command([ToolsRefreshSelectedDocuments])
