Ever since upgrading to 8.5.1 I’ve had user complaining about iNotes not being in English. Is there a way on the back end to turn off all of these other languages? I tried removing the language part of the template (by revering the add language procedures), but that is causing errors.

As of 8.5, most of UI in iNotes conforms HTTP Accept-Language request header. What it is and how to change it is well described here:
We’ve been discussing whether we should make it a user preference that precedes browser’s setting.
