How to turn off dump from ever generating

When client crashes it creates dump files. Is there way to turn this off so that it will not generate any dump files. Possibly a notes.ini entry…

Subject: Turn off NSD

Rename the nsd.exe file to something elseOr add: apideveloper=1 to the notes.ini
