How to Synchronize Calendar Entries in different Domain

Hi

My employer and the client for which i am currenlty doing project, both have notes environment setup. And i am provided with a note mail box on my employer’s network and as well as on the clients network.

I have to monitor both these mail files constantly for upcoming meetings. Its very cumbersome…as that requires switiching between 2 notes ids very often.

Is there any simple way to see meetings appear in these 2 different domain mail boxes in one single view.

Running multiple instance of notes could be one option but i do not like it.

I would create a new calendar database where you put meetings from both databases. To solve problem with switching IDs, create a Java program which makes the login using a specified ID and password, syncronises documents and then changes to the next ID to syncronise the other database.
