How to sync Outlook 2002 calendar with Notes 6 calendar?

I want to know how to sync my Outlook 2002 calendar with my Lotus Notes 6 calendar on a periodic and automated basis?

I’m using Notes 6 at work but uses Outlook 2002 for my Pocket PC pda. So I use Outlook 2002 calendar for my daily calendaring. I would like my Lotus Notes calendar to share the same info in my Outlook calendar and PDA.

I know there are softwares like Commontime, Pumatech that syncs Lotus Notes with Pocket Pc but found them to be non-user friendly.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Basically there is a way for the outlook client to connected to Lotus Notes – use Lotus Notes using the Outlook user interface. In theory you could sync to your pda this way.
