Hi!
Whenever I’ve created a new ID file for a new user, I’ll receive a email that send by the system. The email subject is always like that “Backup of newly registered ID file for XXX”. I’m one of the system administrator of my company, but only I’ve received this kind of email. Does anyone has this experience before and how to stop it?

Subject: Recovery Information in your Certifier ID…
This is happening because you have Recovery Information in your Certifier ID, which is included in each ID file created with the Certifier and this includes the e-mail address to send copies of new/updated IDs to - This is used to recover IDs when e.g. a user has forgotten their password. Normally this address would be the address of a mail-in database to store IDs (most places call it their ‘ID Archive’).
Sounds to me like the Recovery Information in your Certifier ID has your e-mail address as the address to send ID backups to - You should change this; Have a look at “IDs\Recovering” in the Domino Administration help.
