How to start standalone Designer HTTP task?

How do I start the HTTP task for a standalone version of Designer? I can’t find this info the help or online.

I’m trying to create a web service and now I want to get the WSDL using this: http://localhost/MPS.nsf/mailWSLS?OpenWebService

But that just gives me “Page cannot be displayed”. Likewise if just enter http://localhost.

You need to launch the local HTTP preview process, but you cannot do this from the design list for web services. Switch to your forms list or views list in Domino Designer and then use Design > Preview in Web Browser to launch the local HTTP preview.

You can also use File > Tools > Stop Local Web Preview Process to shut down the local HTTP preview process.
