How to specify return address for VSI-fax confirmations/failures?

I am using Notes with VSI-fax and it works fine. But rather than having VSI-fax return confirmation and failure notifications by default to the sender’s email address I would like to specify the return address as that of a mail-in database, so all notifications of faxes sent by any user of the system will arrive in a common database, where I wish to store them.

Can this be done programmatically in the Notes database from which the fax message is sent via an agent to VSI-fax, by setting the value of an item on the document? I tried “ReplyTo” but that didn’t work.

Try this…

Using the Admin database, setup a profile for that user. Then under the Notification Tab, select the address that you want the notification to go to under Notification Address. This will send all notification of a fax to this particular account.
