How to show a filed value in a view containing in a form on web?

Hi,In a form i have a field which contains the “Company Name” in web.I am using a button to display all the Company names which are in a view by using a subform.I want to know how can i select one company name from the subform and put the value in the “Company Name” field like picklist in notes client??Pls help…
