How to reset a TOTP entry in the ID Vault?

Problem/Query:

In the ID Vault I see that a user has a green check mark under TOTP, the number one under TOTP Devices and ten scratch codes remaining. However the user is unable to configure a 2FA (to logon to Verse) code using an authenticator app after entering his user name and internet password.
To solve this problem I would like to rest this user in the ID Vault by removing his TOTP settings. How can I do this?
