How to replace a long URL with textlink or Imagelink in email?

Hello there,

I have an agent which send email with a URL in body. Click the URL, it should open the document in browser.

But When I open the email, I find the url in two lines because it’s too long, only the first line is highlight.So the URL doesn’t work.

I want to use text or image to replace the URL in the agent, but didn’t find a way to do it. Does anybody know how to do it? or have any other solutions?

The URL should work in both Notes email and exchange email.
