How to remove Traveler form an iPhone

In installed Lotus Traveler 8.5.1 on server and iPhone: GREAT STUFF !!!..but, I cannot remove or change mail client settings on the iPhone. Everything is grayed out… not changegable.

So I cannot change my e-mail name, Server name, User Name etc… I even cannot remove the complete Exchange account from my iPhone.

Who knows how to do this, without using then ‘wipe’ function on the server?

I have the same issue - all other accounts have a ‘Delete account’ option from the settings section.Does anyone know of a solution yet?

Subject: Using web console

Try Traveler web console. There is Execute Command option and then Delete command.
