How to remove "Sent by" item

Dear All,

we have one user named Payroll,

several user has the editor right on this payroll mail database.

When user A open the payroll mail database and send email the mail sent will be tagged “Sent by A”

Any clue how to remove this tag?

I’ve tried to midify the design but can not find the exact field.

Any help will be much apreciated.

Hi Yusuf, These are the fields that are used for displaying sent by name.

For notes(When mail is opened in Notesclient) the field used for display is “DisplaySent”

so u can set that field to some text or u can remove that field.

docMemo.DisplaySent=“PayRoll System”

For web(when mail is opened in web) the field used for display is “tmpDisplaySentBy”

docMemo.tmpDisplaySentBy=“PayRoll System”
