hi friendswhen i open database using file → database–> open then i see old server names under server section. The same thing i get when i say file–>open server. how will i remove old name from there.

Hi,
as far as I know, as long as you have one database icon somewhere that is pointing to the old server, you will still see the old server in the list.
Delete that icon (yes, you have to look through all the stacked replica icons), and I think you should delete cache.dsk also.
