Hello
In userlicenses.nsf there are server access records which contain a decommissioned server in the "Server" field. Therefore the "By server" view displays incorrect information about server access.
How can this servers name be removed from the "Server" field without deleting all documents or recreating userlicenses.nsf?
Thank you!
Regards
Patrice
Did you try clicking "Recalculate licenses" button and check if that helps?
Thanks and Regards

Hello
License tracking records accesses for the year.
Please view the "All Users > All" view to see the last access date.
If the access is still within a year, there will remain the entry.

Hello and thanks for your answers so far!
The "Recalculate licenses" button doesn't help.
Inactive documents are being deleted after 365 days. But the documents which contain the decommissioned server still gets correctly updated with user access information about the current servers. The server has been decommissioned several years ago.

Hello.
The document has been updated, but only the Server name in the document has the old value. Is this understanding correct?
If so, I do not know the cause at this time.
It may be a defect, but I have found no similar information.
Please request an investigation in the support case

Hello
Yes, the documents contain valid information but the field "Server" contains one server that doesn't exist anymore. I think about a simple agent that removes the server from this field. Unfortunately I'm not experienced in Lotus script.
