How to prevet @prompt from closing dialogbox

I have a document which is opened in a dialogbox, I also have a button that shows a message by @prompt based on the values users enter. Now when the user presse the button, the dialogbox automatically closes and then the prompt appears. Is there a way to prevent @prompt from closing dialogbox?

And also is there anyway to determine the document shown in dialogbox is a new doc or a saved one?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

can you use Lotus Script instead of Formula language? Especially with the Dialogbox, you have much more Control about what you are doing.

Could you post the whole Formula that uses @Prompt (which lets your Dialog-Box close) ?

Greetings,

Martin

Thanks for the response - I figured out my mistake. I was using @command([closewindows]) in the formula. Chaning it to @postedcommand solved the issue.
