How to prevent calendar and notebook for getting archived

Hi, We use iNotes and archive is specified in archive policy. Is there any configuration to archive only mail and do not archive calendar and notebook?

Hi Riccardo, thank for explaining the archive criteria,

It contain an option for Calendar, but it does not have option for Notebook. So the question is how to prevent notebooks from being archived?

Calendar docs have a NoPurge field which will prevent archive from deleting the calendar document unless the meeting and repeating meeting time has passed.
Moreover, if you open the archive criteria setting doc specified in the archive policy , you will see an option “In views or folders”. Checking that box will allow you to specify where to archive the documents from
