How to performance test Lotus Domino

Hi All,

I was wondering what is the best way to performance test a Lotus Domino installation on Windows 2003, especially what tools to use. I am doing a comparison of Domino running on its own server and within a virtual server.

From the tools perspective I have seen notesbench which is not available to the public. Microsoft Exchange has its own performance test tool included in its resource kit. Does Lotus Notes have something similar?

Thanks for your help,

Justin

Search Admin help for “Server.load” which is a performance utility included with Domino and includes pre-built and initialization workloads.

There is also some performance information in several of the LDD Today articles. Use the “Technical library” link from the navigator on the left.
