HiI’m trying to mark a document for deletion in the mail template.
Situation:
R6 client
soft deletes are Disabled (this is a requirement)
want to add a Lotus Script agent that will allow the user to select multiple documents in the inbox folder or all documents view
I gather some info and then would like to mark the documents for deletion, not delete them immediately.
Just put the little “X” in the view margin, as though they clicked the ‘delete’ button.
With Soft Deletes disabled, the code behind the delete button is @Command([EditClear]). Is there a way to do this in Lotus Script?
Looked in the API and couldn’t find anything either.
Works if you have the UI Doc, but not the backend.
If you move them to the trash folder, they don’t get marked for deletion and so still show up in the ‘all documents’ view and look unchanged (even though they are in the trash)
Any suggestions??
