How to list document(s) which have more than one Body fields?

Hi In our notes mail database, we have created many emails which have more than one Body item(field) in the email, so we can not open that email. In other words, some of emails in our mail inbox have more than one Body fields created by backend customized program, so now I have to find all of them and fix them.

So my question is how to create a view to only list these email(s) which have more than one Body field(item)? I tried to use @Elements(Body), but it is not working.

I’m sorry, but this makes little sense. There are often multiple Body fields, and that is how Notes is designed to work. What error do you get when you try to open the mail?

Yes, you are right, there are no sense having duplicate field(item) name in notes document at all, but it really happened for this case, this is what we did:

In one word, we did some edit and save process for the Notes mail, and the result is that some of emails have duplicate Body fields(item), and when we try to open that email, it can not be opened, but we got error message:

“Ignoring portion of document that uses a feature from another version of Notes”,

We got this Reference# from notes.net:

It seems the problem is the Reason#4 from this reference#,but no clue of that.

Any ideas?

That technote means many, many, many items. It is common, and perfectly OK, to have twenty or thirty items, but five hundred would likely cause problems, although there is no hard and fast limit that I know about.

Let me clarify the Fields on notes document, normally the field in notes document is unique, is that right? But for my case, the email which have that problem which can not be opened have many Body fields, I use @DocFields on one of column of Inbox view, I can see the email which have that problem have many Body fields, but the normal email which can be opened only have one Body field.

So I think that is the reason(many Body fields) why that email can not be opened and with that error message.

The thing is I can not figure out why that many Body fields created?
