How to include BUTTON in email body by using lotuscript?

I have the following code, i can append text to the body of the email except button.how does the button can include in the email by using lotuscript and how to code the action of button if the button include like this way?

any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

you can not create an new button in an RTF with LotusScript and assign it some code :-((

But you can copy the content of a second rich-text-field using NotesRichtextItem.AppendRTItem(…). If there is a button in there it will be copied as well.

This means that if you manage go store your button somewhere (profile document, …), then you can use this as “template” and append it to your newly created mails.
