How to IMPORT an EXPORT

Hi,

I installed Domino Server and Quickr. Someone has now done an export of a “Quickr site” from anotehr installation. How would I go about importing this into my installation?

I would think you would just copy the files into the same location (windows explorer will do it and will keep the replica id’s and document numbers)

Thats how i have done it before, unless i am missing something your trying to do?

I did that but I can’t see it in my list

Once the database is in the right place you have to use the QPTOOLS on the command line to import the exported place.

This is all covered in the QUICKR forum on this site…

But I had a look and this is roughly what you will need to do (as I am not a Quickplace kind of person)
