i want to fill a field (with the option calculated) with values from another mask. The help in designer online describes the case if i use the values in the same mask.
how can i get the values from a field in another mask.
Maybe this a stupid question but in the moment i don´t see the solution.

I think when you say “mask,” you really mean “form.” Is that correct? So what you’re asking is how to read a value from another document.
Look at the @DbLookup function. To use this function you will need a key field which has the same value in the document you are editing and the document you want to get information from. You will also need a view that sorts the documents you want to read from, by this key value. Consider making the field “Computed for display” so that you don’t have to worry about keeping the second document up to date when the first one changes.
