How to get only image from a richtext field and save it to disk

Dear All

I need (using java agent) to findout programatically if a richtext field contains any inline image and if there any then need to save it to disk(only the inline image). However the richtext field may contain other elements i.e. table or text or doclink etc. Please help me as soon as possible.

Easiest way is to stream the rich text to DXL, extract the base64 encoded image and then decode it. While that sounds complex, there are examples in this forum of how to do so.
