I have a form in which i want to show the leave status of the employee and this should be updated every day and monthly .
for that will i have to create a employee master table and an agent that will updated it daily and monthly.
can anyone give me the full step and complete code for this .

I think you would usually do this with something like a ‘Employee Status’ form and a simple Notes VIEW.

Hi.
As you can see from previous post, the real way is to use view.
You have right idea as about using daily agents so the view won’t be time\date connected.
Create new view, and add all relevant fields.
Add Agent that changes ONLY users that their status changed.
And you got it.
If you have information that you need to collect from couple of databases - just create an additional database that collects information from other databases.
