Hi chel,

what do you get if you log on as administrator?

Maybee you could insert a field Type Author, Computed when composed, default value “[AccessAll]” and insert the role in the ACL and grant it to your admin.

I think I didt understand your problem, right?

Ahh, now I understand:

embed two views, one for the normal user, one for the admin.

then, use hide-when to display the preferred view.

Hope this helps

Hi,

if you are still interested, I found a better solution:

In the view you have a categorized value. Add a constant value to it e.g.

“Admin” : Company

Note that “Display Multiple values” is automatically checked.

Now, choose the Category “Admin” if you are logged on as Admin and Company if you are logged on normally.

Hi Martin!

Thank you for your help…

Right now, For the embedded view of normal user, in the show single category:

@if(@Name([CN];@Username)=“Owner Ascent”;tmp:=“ASNT”;

@Name([CN];@Username)=“Owner Celeste”;tmp:=“CLST”;

@Name([CN];@Username)=“IO Admin”;tmp:=“IO ADMIN”;

@Name([CN];@Username)=“Owner Others”;tmp:=“OTHERS”; …etc… ; tmp:=“”)

Column View :

@if(Company=“”;tmp:=“OTHERS”;tmp:=Company);

tmp:“IO ADMIN”;

right now, when I log in as IO ADMIN it will get all the documents which is not included in the single category.

What I want is to get all the documents since my log in was IO ADMIN.
