One of bases lies on server in a place (for example D:\MY_FOLDER) different from a directory indicated in notes.ini (C:\Lotus\Domino\Data). How to open this base from client machine using Lotus Notes?

Try to create a Directory Link from the Admin client from the Files tab

take a look at: - @FileDir and

File > Database > Open then click the Browse button at the bottom and locate the database via windows explorer.

File that I need to open lies on server on the disk that isnt shared so I havent access to this file via windows explorer. Is there any another method?

map a drive to the server drive where the file is located and then browse to it as I suggested earlier. if you don’t have access to map a drive to it then I’m afraid you are out of luck.
