Hi all,
I have this field which I think is no longer in use in the form template (i.e. removed from form).
I understand that LN has issue of not being able to completely remove field items no matter what (I have tried RemoveItem , compact, backspace delete field etc… no luck).
Is there a way to search for a particular field name in the designer UI? i.e. if it does not exist on the form then I will document that field name as “gone but not forgotten”?

A few of my suggestions…
You can try creating a field with the same name. If the field name already exisits on the form, then it gives an error stating that the fieldname already exists…
You can draw a Design synopsis to get the list of all design elemetns and their properties and ctrl+F your field name.
There is a Teamstudio tool called Configurator which can find anything in the database. This is a licensed tool and you need to buy it…but very handy tool!!
