How to display different webpages for online and offline

Hello,

Our sales people can open the intranet site(default site address in explorer) when connected to office network but when they are working on local and try to open the browser its says page not found. How can i display intranet page when connected to network and open google site when they are working offline?

Is there any way to do this? if can someone guide me.

Sorry for confusion. I meant that offline is not connected to Office network but connected to Internet by another service provider.
