I can build and test against localhost, now I want to publish to the test web server for demonstration to stakeholders. I do not know the command(s) for deployment to my test server in my development environment. (Reminder: This is Kony Visualizer Enterprise, Quantum). Also, I need to know how to manage the website URL so I don't clobber the other developer's web apps.
