How to deal with Outlook users?

Hi,I wanted to ask how to deal with users that comes from Microsoft Outlook?

Also, is there a Outlook Theme for Notes 8? Any other tips?

Is really hard when users just waste time in complaining about an user interface instead of just use the email as a work tool and … do their actual work.
