Hi all,

Can I create a Mail Signature from Server not from User client? I want to use a Signature from Our Company to all Out going Mail

You are not looking for a signature (something unique to a user), but a “disclaimer”. That has been discussed here many times, and a search would have taken you here:

If that’s not satisfactory, search the forum on “disclaimer”. There is also disclaimer code in the Sandbox:

I will try soon, because there is no simple setting to use in Domino 6.5.1 for Public Signature

From your email I gather that you are looking for a real Signature and not just a disclaimer which is in 7.
