how to convert private folder to public , What are the fields & Flags that has to be changed .

Why not just create a new Shared view based on the design of the private view (Copy from) then delete the private view. Much easier than trying to convert it.

As what I have seen from NotesPeek and from Design element properties the only flag that is changing is $Flags.

For private view it is - “PYV” and for shared view it is “Y”.

I dont have much idea of whether we can convert the view from private to shared.

Perhaps need to look at C API for this (or NotesNoteCollection class)
