How to code CC, BCC and signature in java mail sender agent

Hi, i wrote a java agent to send mail. I used the following code:==Database db = agentContext.getCurrentDatabase();

Document memo = db.createDocument();

memo.appendItemValue(“Form”, “Memo”);

memo.appendItemValue(“Subject”, “You’ve Got Mail”);

RichTextItem body = memo.createRichTextItem(“Body”);

Vector v = new Vector();

v.addElement(session.getUserName());

v.addElement(“Someone Else”);

memo.send(true, v);

I want to add the ‘CC’ and ‘BBC’ and also the signature of the sender. please help me in coding these things also…

same statements of kind memo.appendItemValue(“Subject”, “You’ve Got Mail”); with “SendTo” and “BCC” and “Sign” will do. These are the default fields which will get inherited when you create a document of kind Memo.

hey thanks for ur immediate response…and for signature i want to retrieve the signature of the sender. I mean like session.getUserName() for geting the sender mail id.

Hi.

For the CC Field, use

memo.appendItemValue(“CopyTo”, “address@domain.de”);

memo.appendItemValue(“BlindCopyTo”, “bcc@domain.de”);

The signature can simply be added to the body field.
