How to clear the input of hide field

i have 2 fields , one is in radio button with value “Yes” and “No”, if i choose “Yes”, another hiden field will appear, i can type text in that field. but if i found i must select “No”,then i re-select “No”, then hiden field will disappear.

my question is how to clear the content which i typed in hiden field just now when the field hiden again?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
