How to change the background color in a web navigator?

I’m trying to change the color of the background color of my web browser window but can’t fin where to change it. Anyone can help ?

ummm, and you are asking the question in this forum? and you do not even say what web browser you are using? do you really mean the browswer window or a Notes document/form/page.view displaying in a browser? If so, have you RTFM?
